ulala Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of our ulala platform. We set out the conditions under which we provide gaming, sportsbook, and payment services, along with your rights and obligations as a user. By opening an account on ulala, you accept these terms in full.

Our ulala platform operates services available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering or gaming is prohibited. All deposits are credited immediately to your ulala account balance, which is shared across all game types.

Account balance: Your balance on ulala is a running total of deposits, winnings, losses, and bonuses. The balance funds all activities—football betting, live-dealer games, slots—and withdrawals deduct from this single pool.

Withdrawals return to your original payment method. If you funded via e-wallet or mobile banking, your withdrawal goes back to local payment or online payment. We process withdrawals subject to standard verification windows—larger first withdrawals may require account review to prevent fraud. Once approved, funds typically reach your payment method within the timeframe specified by your bank or e-wallet provider.

You are responsible for managing your account balance and tracking deposits and bets. We provide transaction history in your account settings, so you can verify all activity. If you notice errors or unauthorized transactions, contact our support team immediately.

Bonus and promotional terms
